We Caught Santa is a personalised Christmas experience that brings together a letter from Santa, physical keepsakes and photographic evidence of his visit to your own home. Each pack includes a letter from Santa addressed to your child or children, a uniquely numbered North Pole token entrusted to each child by Santa himself, and an equipment tag accidentally left behind. The letter ties everything together, explaining the story behind each item and giving your children something to treasure long after Christmas. Before Christmas, you'll be invited to upload a photograph of your Christmas tree and the room around it. We then carefully add Santa to your photograph, creating a realistic image of him caught in the act of delivering presents in your home.On Christmas morning, a special stamp on Santa's letter reveals the photographic evidence, bringing the whole story together. Your children have their letter, their North Pole keepsakes, and a photograph showing Santa was really there.
It all started with one question: How can we make Christmas even more magical? That got us thinking about the traditions we all know and love. Every Christmas Eve, children leave out mince pies, milk and carrots for Santa and his reindeer. By morning, the treats have disappeared and the presents have arrived. But apart from the presents themselves, there's rarely anything left behind to show that Santa was really there. And that's where the idea for We Caught Santa came from.We wanted to give children something they could actually hold onto. Little pieces of evidence from Santa's visit, each with its own story, alongside a photograph showing him in their own home.Because childhood Christmases don't last forever, but the memories can.
Absolutely! You can personalise your We Caught Santa experience for up to three children. Each child's name will appear on the personalised letter from Santa, and every child will receive their own uniquely numbered gold token to discover and keep on Christmas morning.Additional children cost just £3.50 each, which includes their own gold token.
Once your We Caught Santa pack arrives, simply scan your QR code stamp on Santa's letter and upload a photograph of your Christmas area. We'll use your photograph to add Santa to your home while preserving the original surroundings. On Christmas morning, scan the same QR code again with your child to reveal the finished photograph, showing Santa visiting a room they'll instantly recognise!
We recommend uploading your photograph as soon as your Christmas decorations are up and your room is looking festive! The earlier you upload, the more time we have to prepare your Santa photograph and resolve any issues before Christmas. The final deadline for uploading your photograph is 11:59pm on 23 December, so please don't leave it until Christmas Eve.
No problem, just ask your hosts to send you a photo of their Christmas scene and upload that instead.
Our gold tokens are made from solid zinc alloy with an antique gold-plated finish, giving them a satisfying weight and the feel of a real metal keepsake. Each token is individually numbered, making it a special souvenir of Santa's visit. The North Pole equipment tag is printed on both sides and doubles as a festive bookmark that your child can keep and use long after Christmas. The personalised letter from Santa is printed on high quality, textured ivory paper to give it a traditional, authentic feel.
Once you've uploaded your photograph, we'll prepare your personalised Santa image ready for Christmas morning. The finished photograph will be revealed on Christmas Day when you scan the special stamp on Santa's letter, giving your child one final magical surprise!
Don't worry! We check uploaded photographs before preparing your Santa evidence. If there's a problem with your photograph, we'll contact you by email to explain what needs changing and give you the opportunity to upload a replacement. To allow enough time for any adjustments, we recommend uploading your photograph as early as possible.
